Tom Morello, Bring Me The Horizon Join Forces On ‘Let’s Get The Party Started’

Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello has teamed up with Bring Me The Horizon for a brand-new single, “Let’s Get The Party Started.”

Taken from Morello’s forthcoming solo album, The Atlas Underground Fire, the song was co-penned by Morello, BMTH frontman Oli Sykes and keyboardist Jordan Fish.

Produced by Evil Twin & Zakk Cervini, the song arrives on the heels of Morello’s cover of AC/DC‘s “Highway to Hell” featuring Eddie Vedder and Bruce Springsteen.

“‘Cause I’m going off the deep end, yeah, I’m drowning inside / And it doesn’t feel important if I’m dead or I’m alive / Feeling fifty shades of f-ed up, going out of my mind / I don’t wanna face my demons so let’s get the party started,” Sykes belts out in the chorus of the track.

“Bring Me the Horizon is really the current standard bearer of hard rock/metal today, and thank God for them for that,” Morello shared in a statement. “I had a couple of huge riffs and we just started mashing it up with Zakk Cervini, who has worked with them before. This song was written on three continents – Oli was in Brazil, Jordan was in England and then I was here in L.A.”

Morello’s new collection is slated for release on October 15, 2021.
